Here’s the short version. We sell books. We collect only what we need to take payment and ship your order. We use analytics and ad tools (including Reddit and Google) to understand traffic and measure ads. If you have a problem or question, email deanputney@gmail.com and we’ll help.

Terms of Sale

  • Orders: Details, pricing, and availability can change.
  • Payments: We use trusted processors (like Stripe). We don’t store your full card number.
  • Shipping: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. For international orders, please contact us first. Delivery times are estimates.
  • Taxes/Duties: You’re responsible for any applicable taxes, customs, or import duties.

Using This Site

  • Don’t try to break, scrape, or misuse the site or do anything illegal here.
  • The photos, text, and designs on this site are protected. Please don’t reuse them without permission.

Privacy in Plain English

What we collect: your name, email, shipping address, order details, and payment info (processed by our payment partners). We also get basic usage data (like IP, device/browser, and pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.

How we use it: to process orders, ship books, provide support, run and improve the site, measure advertising, and meet legal requirements.

Who we share with: service providers who help us run the site and fulfill orders—payment processors (Stripe), shipping carriers, hosting/infrastructure, analytics (Google), and advertising partners (Reddit). We may disclose information to comply with the law or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies, Analytics, and Ads

We and our partners use cookies and similar tech for analytics and advertising. This includes the Reddit Pixel and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Partners may use cookies, web beacons, device IDs, and hashed info for measurement and personalization.

Data Retention and Location

We keep order records as needed for accounting, tax, and shipping. Analytics/ads data is kept per each tool’s defaults. Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

Your Rights and Kids

Depending on your location, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your info, or object to certain uses—email us to make a request. The site isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
